I started Learning Studio because I believe organizations grow when the people within them are given the opportunity to grow. When staff have clarity, purpose, and the right support, everything else becomes possible.
 

My training at Mount Royal University reinforced something I had always intuitively known: adult learners need to understand why something matters from the very beginning. If we don’t answer that question clearly, we lose their attention — and their trust.
 

That curiosity — the instinct to ask “why” — has shaped my entire approach to learning design. To understand why training matters to a learner, we first need to understand why it matters to the organization. That’s why every project at Learning Studio begins with your goals and grows into something larger:
